Neil Jones is a native Floridian raised in Panama City and has worked in commercial real estate for over 45 years starting in Boca Raton in 1979.  After five years in South and Central Florida working in the shopping center development industry Neil worked his way back home to Bay County where he has enjoyed a diverse commercial real estate career. 

Neil has represented Buyers, Sellers and Tenants in Site Selection, Property Acquisitions, Sales, Leasing, Receivership, Bankruptcy and Family Estate Cases.  Following Hurricane Michael in 2018 Neil began developing on his own property portfolio including Warehouses and NNN Tenant Build to suit properties.

Development for your own account with a team to procure property, surveys, engineering, design, permitting, financing and construction including paying all the bills is another world.
